Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Light Two Piece Scope Rings

I plan on replacing my one piece scope rings with a 2 piece to save on weight.  Which rings are the lightest and the best for a Grendel build?  I found some KZ rings and heard they are good.  Any input?  

Also, which ring height matches up with a one piece scope mount?  My one piece sits up perfect.

I can't help you on ring height, but Seekins makes some great lightweight aluminum rings. I use them on my bolt gun.

I've have a set of Burris Extreme high ring that have worked pretty well.  They are beefy rings (solid) but are made out of aluminum (light weight).  The high size works well on ARs.
