What do you prefer and why?  Is it worth $3 more for the window?

I have 12 without the window they work fine for me I can see no reason to get the window. To me it is not worth the extra $ for a window to see how much ammo is in the mag.

I like windowless.

I like windowless.

Ditto - That way, nobody is going to deduct points on my dinner pics for having my mags unloaded

I went window-less as well on mine.  Not worth the extra $$ IMO.  For cool factor I might spend a little more on the clear-smoked PMags.

I've got both, and I tend to pickup more window ones before window-less.

I bought 2 with windows.  I don't think you can see rounds after the first 10 are gone.  I say windowless.

I like them both, but any new ones I order will have the windows.

I like the window, lets me know how many rounds are in the magazine. Of course a clear P-mag would be even better....and the wait continues, but at least they are working on it which is cool.

Don't look at the rounds. Look at the red indicator on the spring.

Yep, I knew that.  I was saying that folks often buy them for the cool factor of being able to see the rounds in the mag.  I didn't explain myself well enough in the first post.

Seems to be a good product though.

I like both, with window for indoor use and no window for outdoors use.

I hate cleaning windows.

I like them without windows.  If I don't know how many rounds are left, I just keep pulling the trigger.

Clear! or Smoke!

which ever comes first!

I have both. No disadvantage at all to the window. I prefer them. I trained myself to look at the orange indicator, not the rounds and I can keep pretty much up with approximately how many rounds are in the magazine under stress. It is a great design.
