I have 12 without the window they work fine for me I can see no reason to get the window. To me it is not worth the extra $ for a window to see how much ammo is in the mag.

Ditto - That way, nobody is going to deduct points on my dinner pics for having my mags unloaded

I went window-less as well on mine. Not worth the extra $$ IMO. For cool factor I might spend a little more on the clear-smoked PMags.

I bought 2 with windows. I don't think you can see rounds after the first 10 are gone. I say windowless.

I like the window, lets me know how many rounds are in the magazine. Of course a clear P-mag would be even better....and the wait continues, but at least they are working on it which is cool.

Yep, I knew that. I was saying that folks often buy them for the cool factor of being able to see the rounds in the mag. I didn't explain myself well enough in the first post. Seems to be a good product though.

I like both, with window for indoor use and no window for outdoors use.
I hate cleaning windows.

I like them without windows. If I don't know how many rounds are left, I just keep pulling the trigger.

I have both. No disadvantage at all to the window. I prefer them. I trained myself to look at the orange indicator, not the rounds and I can keep pretty much up with approximately how many rounds are in the magazine under stress. It is a great design.
