When, if ever did Colt USGI 20rd. mags stop having the "UI" stamped on the mag body?

Also, did post 1994 Colt 20'rders have the leaf spring "clip" on the inside of the mag's body?

I looked over the Mag FAQ, but could not find the answer to these very specific questions.
