Does anyone know of a website that sells them?  I need some 30 rounders and I (unfortunatly) live in NY.  Any help would be appreciated.

Kind of pricey but www.ammoman.com has niw labelles.

If they aren't marked LE/GOV Use only who's going to know.

Only the cheap junk new ones are completely unmarked .
from what I've found all the good USGI spec ones have
dropped the Restricted LEO/GOV stamping , but are
still cage and date coded .

How many are you looking for? I got a whole load of used USGI preban 30 rounders.
