Yes. Most Okay mags since '88 or '89 should have the CAGE code and production date stamped on the side. Mags made during the ban also have the "Restricted..." warning.
Even before external markings were required, Okay mags were marked on the INSIDE of the mag body. -Troy |

Mine have O4 and below it it has 91, but its on the inside. Its and OKay Industries though, should it be in the outside?

The military began making external markings a requirement with new contracts around '89, but many mags were made on existing contracts, and it wasn't until late '91 that it was a uniform requirement. -Troy |
