The 1997 Weapons and Ammunition Act, article 2 prevents you from owning or posessing 30rd. magazines.
On a side note - you are not even allowed by law to own a toy gun that resembles a real firearm. You are attempting to solicit services for illegal activity. |

no...it is entirely legal for the dutch to own assault rifles and high capacity magazines.
we have a dutch member named bas that works as a paramedic/emt. he has some nice rifles, including at least on kalashnikov. i can't remember his screen name at the moment, but korp, i would suggest you put up a post in the gen. disc. forum of the general board that requests contact from bas. he can advise you as to the best way to get mags/parts in the neatherlands. also, you might try an i'm or email to member 'masi' in finland. i think he might deal with a dutch dealer. |

I guess I don't understand the Weapons and Ammunition Act. I didn't know the law, so I researched it and came up with that.

In 2 1/2 weeks there will be no more "preban" mags. All mags will be created equal  Now, with regard to the original question, the best way to handle sending stuff overseas is for one of you guys eo become a "friend" of korp's, get him some mags, and ship them over there as a "gift". I did it awhile back as a favor to a buddy in New Zealand. If it's a gift, there is no extra paperwork on the shipping end; just a stick on paper put on the package at the post office. What happens at the other end depends, I guess, on what country the recipient is in. In NZ they just deliver it. Th post office doesn't ask, and doesn't care, who put up the money for the "gift" originally.

Sent you an email about places in Germany that offer them cheap enough. Probably cheaper by the time you figure in shipping, and no customs hassle.
