7.62 NATO surplus.

Head stamp is:
7.62x51
12 FLB 03 (it looks like 03, could be 83)

Guy who has it thinks it German, but not German DAK.

What say you guys?

it's from ARGENTINA

"Fray Luis Beltrano" = FLB

Made at the San Lorenzo, Argentina Plant

the "12" is a powder load identification code (ball powder)

I gots me some and it shoots outa my  M1A very good for mil-surp!
