Sorry but I no longer see gunshows as sources of decently priced ammo. Hell, most of the shows I've been to lately there's little to no bulk ammo. Instead you have these slick old coots trying to self individual boxes of Wolf for $5 a box and USA magazines for $20-30 dollars. Starting to wonder if only suckers spend much money at the shows these days. Surely that's who paying the prices that they're asking.

The only thing I've found worth while in the last three funshows I've been to is some Federal Tactical 000 buck for $30 per sleeve, bought 5 sleeves, nothing else in those shows were worth half a sh*t and waaay overpriced.

At Valley Forge in Dec., I picked up 1k rounds of Federal AE 223 for $189.00.
That I considered a decent price..it was the best price at the show for .223. THe show is big enough that you could walk it once, take notes, then go back and make your purchases $$. |

last month fun show had boxed XM193 @ $109 for 500rds out the door,I didn't buy any then ,I bought a case of Port 308 at the time.But the same show is coming next month,maybe i'll buy a few cases at that price hopefully.....$109 a decent price??

that comes up to $218/1K. Most places have it for around $250 (shipped). So yeah, I'd have gobbled that stuff up! |

Last weekend at the show they had Q3131 for 199.95/k, I thought it was a good price so I picked up some

The shows out here most of the time have better deals then anything I have seen on the net.

I'll be there this weekend also, at the last show (DEC 05) I picked up some XM193 for $4.00/20 which isn't great but being what the 193 supply is I didn't think it was a bad price.
