Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - is q3131a sealed ammo?

i have read that it has sealed bullets and primers and is first rate ammo unlike xm193. i have also read that it is second rate ammo like xm193 and usually doesn't have sealed bullets. what is correct? i have read the ammo oracl and don't remember it this was addressed. thanks

It is 1st rate ammo (unlike XM193), and yes it is sealed.
