I did an ammo inventory.  It was awful.  I only have 8800 rounds of ammo available for my ARs.

I should be flogged.

Sadly, I agree

You need to ammo-up ASAP.

You call that AWFUL.  I have so little left, my AR is in tears.  You should give me some just for sympathy.  If not for me, for my Colt LE6920.  We can't even sleep at night we are so depressed.  I'd hate myself if I fed her ammo outside her normal diet.

I've just started to stock up again, I was down to around 2000, Q3131A and XM193, plus some special stuff.  I just ordered 2700 rounds in the last 2 weeks.  More orders in the near future.

Nuthin' wrong with that, Max - if you have 1,000 mags!(And you don't have enough to load the last one.)

Time to ammo up, sport.

Hell, I agree! I'll post a couple of mine.

Here are some mags I loaded for a range trip a while back (1990 rounds worth):

Here is 4280 rounds worth of M193 I got a couple days ago:

Here's some shotgun ammo:

The ammo locker:

The SHTF/range stash:

While my modest stash may look excessive to some there are many, many people here who need a pallet jack to move their ammo around

It would appear that I'm not the only fan of AE223 here

I think AE223 is one of the best kept "secrets" around. Clean, accurate as hell, and people pay top dollar for the brass on eBay (even though it's a tad soft).

Now I feel bad

I only have  6,250rds. of 5.56/.223

3,250 of which is Wolf 62 gr FMJ

The other 3k is 2,000 rds XM193 and 1,000rds XM855PD.

I have another 3300 rds of .308 laying around to help make up for my 5.56/.223 short commings.  As well as plenty o 12ga 00 Buck and slugs!

Now if I could only find my camera cable.  I have to stop drinking and cleaning up in the computer room

I too have an ammo hoarding problem. I only have 5000 Xm-193,2000 Old type wolf and 1750 worth of AE223. I plan t ostart reloading my own stuff soon. I recently purchased 50 lbs. worth of XM-193 brass from our local state police range as part of a special state surplus auction. Now to get a new press and the dies I will need.

Where does the money all come from for our toys???????????????

I thought I was doing pretty well, I have about 16,000 rounds of ammo in the house.....

but the kicker is 10K of it is .22LR, and the remaining is spread out over 1/2 dozen calibers.
