You understand that most frangible ammo is designed to allow close-range shooting of steel targets with a reduced danger of ricochets, and/or allows rifles to be shot at ranges with only pistol-rated backstops, but is a lousy performer in terminal ballistics, right? Frangible ammo makes lousy combat ammo.
