12 gage nr 4 buck for 11 inch barrel.....unless you're shooting an AR.

75gr Hornady TAP or the 77gr Black Hills Mk262Mod1
I prefer the TAP because of it's availability.

In my 11.5" it groups just fine all the way out to 100 yds. and I have 1/9 twist.


80 grain?  Hmmmmm.   I thought you needed a throated barrel to shoot
that stuff safely.
