Are you saying that the Heavy rounds would be Better in the M4/Shorty type rifles rather than the M16A2 20inch?

Also what ranges are we talking about under 200m?

I also remember reading in the Black Book about FN trying 70Plus gr. bullets  with good results.

Would the Heavy rounds work even better in the Standard Barrel length 20inch?

I hear from many people that the 14.5 with the 77s is as good as M855 from a 20 inch gun. Also, the 20 inch gun with 77s would be even more effective.

Percentage-wise, the increase in fragmentation range with these loads in a 14.5" rifle is much larger than the increase in a 20" rifle.
