Posts a few weeks ago indicated that sealant was not 100% on either or both of these LC lots. Now that there's plenty of it out there, has anyone verified whether they're sealed at the bullet and primer? Which is sealed better? Also, who has the best price right now?

I recently got a case of Lot 10.  Visible sealant around the primers and most bullets.  How well are they sealed? ...can't say, haven't submerged them.
