On rguns.net (At least in their dealer catalog...) they have 70's SA 223 in the standard cardboard box for $75 for 900 rounds. Is this stuff corrosive? It seems to be a rule that if something is not advertised as noncorrosive, it is corrosive...

Make sure to ask if this is mixed lot ammo and verify the condition!

I know, I know, rguns is an idiot with piss-poor customer service...
what do you mean, mixed lot? Different manufacturers, or different prod dates?

Mixed lot - means that it can be mixed prod. date and/or manuf. headstamp markings. RGuns had a previous deal approx. 2 years ago that was 810rd. units of ammo, the description was carefully worded (I think it was advertised as '80's production S.A. M193') and did not state that each box was mixed lot ammo but it was.
