Do these ever come up for sale?  I'd like to duplicate the look of a 633 without having to spend a fortune on a real upper.  I know where to get handguards but where can I get a front sight?  I know TSC makes a modern copy but I'd prefer something a little more authentic.  Did Colt ever produce drawings for these?  Maybe I could have a machinist replicate one for me if I had the measurements.

I know that someone out there has some info on these things.  Anyone here own a DOE upper?

When I first started building my 9mm rifle I search all over for a DOE sight and had no luck.  I was told that they are only available on the DOE upper.

Someone on this board must have a DOE upper.  Maybe they could measure all the dimensions so that I could have a sight replicated?
