What lower should I go with for a Oly 9mm?  Where would the best place be to get the lower and the oly upper?  Where is a good place to get the sten mags?

Any AR will suffice.  They all serve the same purpose.

If you already have an AR just swap the uppers or just buy a complete Oly. For sten mags try Tapco, CDNN, even got some from Socom MFG, look in the EE or a gunshow. I have an OLY upper on a DPMS.
