For a trigger, take a good look at Geisselle products (SSA would do we for an all around rifle). For rails, you could look at Geisselle, ALG, Noveske, Samson Evo. As for BCGs, just stick with some of the bigger names, and you'll wind up with a decent product.

thanks for your input and as for the the buffer would you recommend swapping out for the h2 or some thing else, and the the muzzle device being that it will have to be pinned and welded I was looking at the fsc556 or vortex any thoughts

For buffers, I start with the standard carbine to see how it cycles...
