Nice, I like it!

I would really like a mk12m0 too if I could just stop building retro stuff.

I've had one for years,  it's not the ARFCOM kool-aide flavor of the month, but it's a really nice HG

carbon fiber is easier to hold in cold hunting weather, or hot days

My 6.8mmSPC

They are at that. I built my Mk12 Mod 0 back in 2011. It was first built with an A2 lower, but two years ago, I put a proper A1 lower on it.

I mounted a Barska 3.5-10x40mm Illuminated Reticle scope which works well. Maybe one day, I will put a proper Leupold Mk4 on it.

Other than the lowers, I don't see a whole lot of retro. But they are beautiful. My M16 didn't have the built in brass deflector on the upper. Also had the old A1 pencil barrel. Heehee. Nice work.

What this thread needs is some more Mk12 Mod 1 love. Mine, built on a ultra rare A1 receiver. I call it my "enhanced" M16A1
