Based off what I've read in the tacked threads I would say this. I am no expert though.
More pics please.

Looks like a GM or H&R to me, not sure about the forward assist being round though. I'm sure the experts
will step in shortly and give a more educated opinion.

Looks like a sendra FA.
The hole for the gas tube isn't supposed to be round. It is clover shaped.
This one is round.

I thought it looked like an old Olympic Arms, but I think you are right.

Agree, and all the Sendra style uppers have that same thin line open head arrow.  Some have a little "tit" forged in the end of the forward assist boss.

AHH! now I see it, that is a funky looking arrow. Wow all the little details never stop learning.

Anyone notice the odd ducktail at the back of the upper, above the charging handle slot? Seems kinda oval rather than radiused.

Could it possibly be a chinese copy?

Yankee-V is right.  It is oval instead of squared off.

Is it Chinese ??

Drasen, Nesard, ect. That is a name I haven't heard in a while, is he still around?
That brings back memories. The old parts kits we got back then had such things as cast FSBs, cast uppers, handguards with no heat shields and we built them on sand cast lowers that were way out of spec.
Is that upper cast or forged? OP if you want to sell it cheap, LMK (IM me)

The OP's upper is forged, forgings will have a wider parting line than castings..

Forged on top, Cast on bottom

I have one, and it's out of spec,  It's from a bid off gunbroker. Rear sight adjustment hole pin and the gas tube alignment (That hole for the gas tube to pass through)  Not in spec
and also ejector port door won't close.   It's listed as a paper weight on my desk.  :-(
