They took off the "C" mark on re-imports for some reason. It's most likely a Colt.

"If it doesn't have a Devtek on it, it's not a Diemaco upper. The first uppers used on C7/C8 were marked C H. The next batch had C H with a Devtek stamped above and between the C H. After Diemaco started to machine their own uppers everything had a Devtek and a forge code." ...found that in an old thread
