Took out my 7.62x39 to the local Izaak Walton for the first time.  My rifle is a High Standard lower, A-2 w/ green fiurniture, Model One 16in., flat top, w/ flip up rear sight...had a couple of C-Products mags, all of which worked flawlessly...had the same experience folks no the board had....about 50 rounds, four "duds", likely a hard primer issue, but no FTF/FTE, and despite a very low end flip up rear sight, seems to shoot okay, as I shot it exclusively at 25 yards, in some wind, with all the rounds inside my circle of skill (bout 3 inches).....so, ordered the more powerful Wolff springs, and will get a better rear sight...this was a fun project that will be, with practice, plenty good for local whitetail...I am also going to order an extra firing pin, in case I need to grind it down...it's all good! v/r WaltK

Wolff spring made no difference on mine.
