I am thinking about getting a .458 SOCOM upper....are the older A1 style lowers GTG for mounting the .458 SOCOM? I would be putting it on a older PWA lower assembly.

the lower takes hardly any beating from the bigbore unless you have something assembled wrong.

any lower will work.
