Curious can or has anyone ever used an ar15 20 0r 30 round pmag in a 7.62 x 39 Ar15 reliabally and consistantly ?
& Is the bushmaster ar 7.62 x 39 mag the best on the matket ? & is there a equal but more economical option ?

ASC mags are by far the best x39 mags on the market, well made and very reliable in my experience. Can't speak on the others, I only use ASC.

I don't bother with the 'new' mags simply because reliable 7.62x39 mags have been out for years. Finding them however is the problem, but I have plenty so..... DPMS on the right, and G-Tech in the middle - both run 100% in my M16.

Has anyone ever used their 7.62x39mm mags to feed .223"?

Just ran 500 rds through 2 ASC 30 rd mags and not one problem. Went to clean it and the bolt rings might as well have been nonexistent. The bolt just flopped around in the carrier. I replaced the rings and everything appeared GTG. Wish I could find more of the ASC mags.

I use 20 round pmags in my AR 7.62x39, but I only load 10 rounds for hog hunting, I like the size better then an ASC 10 or 30.. If you want the max, ASC 30 work great.
