Ok, I have my 5.45 AR ready to go almost..........................I think.  What else do you really need to do to make it ready?  I've already installed the extra power hammer spring.  Are there any other parts that I will need to change out for sure?  I've read so much about the 5.45 AR that I think my brain is scrambled.  Will I for sure need to swap out my standard buffer for a different one?  What do you all suggest looking into?
