I’ve got one on a factory Sugar Weasel. I’m not a fan of the set screw style AGBs. It adjusts from the side and some handguards may make it tricky but it’s not an “adjust on the fly” type gas block.

Best measurement I could get without removing the handguard is ~0.55-0.60” long. It’s really short front to back.

The more I look at that Sig gas block, and knowing KB’s history with Sig, I’d wager that these 2 gas blocks are very similar in dimensions. You shouldn’t have any issues with the Q gas block.
