Not sure it fits all your needs, but Faxon makes a very nice one.

I have two faxon barrels, but need a FSB already installed. If Faxon ever sold them like that, it would be awesome. I have a barrel .85 under handguards and .70 out front, I may send it to ADCO and have it turned down.

We offer a 16" Pencil Mid, both mid and carbine. Just a touch lighter .575 out in front. We are out of stock right now, but will probably be back in stock sometime next week.
We have the option to install the FSB for you, either with or without the hand guard cap and delta ring assembly. You'll be hard pressed to find the barrel with the FSB installed for $150 though. If you wanted to pull the trigger on the carbine length instead, use promo code TAXDAY for 18% off through tomorrow.
