Magpul has more green in their FDE, it's slightly darker. Barely noticeable IMO.

As a general rule, VLTOR and Magpul colors (notably foliage green and FDE) match really well. I have a rifle outfitted in foliage with magpul grips and a VLTOR stock and they're virtually identical. A buddy of mine has the same stuff in FDE and I think it looks great. Might not be exact, but close enough you'd never think they were different by looking at the stuff installed on a rifle.
