Will the Stag arms Upper (for left handers) work with the RRA lower, I am a lefty  so this would be awesome if it did. being over here in the great land of sand IRAQ. I cant go to the local gunsmitty and ask him.

No reason why it shouldn't. They're both made in the same shop, Continental Machine, and the only difference between a Stag lower and a Rock River is the markings on the side.

Of course to get the full southpaw treatment you'd have to add the ambi safety and mag release catches, but if you're in the service, and using a standard M16 or M4 type, you've probably already figured out how to use the as issued type controls anyway.
