Is there a possibility for these to loosen up with regular use?

No not if they are properly torqued to 140 in-lbs.

Thanks to WES, I've got three different barrels for my MRP, changed them all back and forth a lot of times and have never had one bolt loosen up while observing the 140in-lb torque setting.

Torqued mine when I got it about a year ago, and after a few thousand rounds, the bolts are still at the same 140 in-lbs.

No, that's been the spec since I got my first one over 1.5yrs ago.

Threadjack (since the question's been answered):

Where can I find a good torque wrench for these things that doesn't cost over $200?

I have used Craftsman tools for years and their torque wrenches seem to maintain their accuracy pretty good. I use this one for checking the bolts on my MRP and any other bolts or screws on the other firearms I have around or work on.

"MRP screws"

I knew the MRP was innovative and capable, but I had no idea that it was capable of that. Better put on some rail covers.

Actually, the very early ones came with no instructions and the scuttlebutt on this board recommended 90 in-lbs.  Once LMT decided to print instructions, the 140 figure was then known to be the factory recommended setting.

Some of the very early ones and I remember the posts. Mine came with a hand written note on the QC tag with 140in-lbs and no printed instructions. May have been Wes, since MSTN is where I ordered it from, alomg with my second.
