would you put a flash hider on a bull barrel? I was looking at the varmint uppers on M1S web site and treading of the barrel was an option. If not a flash hider would you put a muzzle break on one? and would it bad for accuracy?

which would be better for accuracy?    1-8 or 1-9 twist .....shooting 300 or 400 yard shots?
