any restrictions on transporting or shipping stuff like barrels, buttstocks, complete uppers, rail handguards, scopes...
are these considered "firearm" items? like any specific restrictions on shipping these? like if you will be ordering from california? or transporting from one state to another thru parcel?
if a person were to order a 10" barrel and have it shipped to california, will this be in anyway illegal as the state prohibits firearms with below 16" barrels?
thanks, any help would be appreciated.
