If you were to choose a bake-on finish for your AR-15, what would you choose, why, and to which parts?  A gunsmith I work with has a teflon oven in his garage apparently and I'm looking at getting a very cheap job done (cheap because labor is free) and I'd like to know which parts to get it done to, if I should go with a Teflon style finish or something like Gun Kote, etc.  Opinions needed!

I only use Norell's MolyResin for all of the refinishing that I do.  I believe that it's the best thing out there right now.
