All depends on the Unit.  I know that there are probably 2,000+ of our triggers out there, but  most SOPMOD Kit M4's still have their standard Colt Full-Auto triggers.

Does anyone know if a Knights 2 stage trigger will fit in a LMT Lower??

Roger, saw those was seeing if anyone had all the other NSNs associated with the MWS.  I am anticipating spending authority in the near future for a unit deployment and we have the basic A4 and M4 MWS's, I was looking to see what else could be order through the system to use PE funds vice going with COTS buys and using XL funds.

Then you probably need the NSN's for the Army M4 or M5 RAS.

Interesting. Why did they pick a PRI and Kinghts Aimpoint mounts together?

Edit to add:

Clear now. The larger image says Knights mount is "IDENTICAL FUNCTION TO ACTUAL ECOS-N 30MM MOUNT", which is the PRI mount.

It is amazing that most of us one time or another had one of those red circled items on our weapon.

If it wasn't for SOPMOD and KAC, the M4 craze won't get started like it did.

Still have and use mine and see no reason to switch

Thanks for the poster Chen!

Good catch.
I did the same thing on the Poster with our (KAC) M203 Leaf Sight.  The one Crane makes for the kit originally had a 1/4-20 screw that held it in place on the top rail.  But this was for the Kit's RIS.  So when Army units got RAS's, the leaf sight 1/4-20 screw pushed the RAS front spring out of its pocket under the RAS's top rail.  So we designed this "rail grabber" type Leaf Sight.  In addition, most of DOD could not get these sights from the original SOPMOD Kit and came to KAC looking for alternatives.  To date we have delivered thousands of these, it now has the indicated NSN as well.

ColdBlue,

Don't you guys make the mount for the PEQ2 also, isn't that stand issue for the SOPMOD??

I think the answer to this question is that many units with SOPMOD Kits are using our (KAC P/N: 95326 PEQ-2 Mount).  However, these were purchased off-line by the units themselves, not by Crane who usually does the purchasing for the Kit items for USSOCOM.
In addition, some of the units that have transistioned to the our MRE or other FF RAS's have the mount as well, except it then needs a Nut Plate and longer screws, as these RAS do not have the threaded 1/4-20 holes as does the M4 RIS & M4 RAS.  This set with Mount is P/N: 95362-2.

Funny, the Aimpoint mount has the battery compartment(caps) on it like mine. But, the last three (newer) I have seen on friends carbines didn't have the compartment anymore.

My caps fell out 2wks after I installed the thing on my gun. Nice mount though...

We (KAC) have made them both ways.  In practice however, batteries stored in the mount are a little hard to accesss if you need a quick battery change.

Enjoy while you can...

I need to dig through my stuff one more time and find my 300M KAC BUIS. When I took if off my last work rifle, I put it somewhere for safekeeping and now I can't find the goddamned thing. I split for the sandbox pretty soon, too.
