Questions on barrel replacement

I'm thinking of replacing the barrel on my Colt Match Target HBar with one of the ones from CMMG.

Can I put one on without replacing the bolt?

Aside from the appropriate wrench to take the barrel nut off....what tools will I need?

Keep the bolt with the barrel.

You will need a set of punches, vice and a receiver block.
