I'm not aware that such a barrel exists. Neither Colt nor DPMS's 7.62x39 barrels are chromed, and they are the two largest vendors.

Given your locale, I can appreciate your desire for a weather resistant barrel. Don't take this as gospel, but I believe the chambers of the Colt barrels are chrome lined. But not the bore. If you must have chrome, you are probably looking at a very custom and very expensive barrel. Personally, I think I'd just as soon save the money and run a patch through the barrel after each time of exposing it to the Hawaiian environment.

Oly makes a Stainless Steel 7.62x39 barrel, it isn't chrome, but it may be better than nothing....
