Just bought a Bushy Varminter. Got it wet at the range. How do I remove the free float to lubricate that part of the barrel? Any info ? Thanks

you have to remove the front sight to take the tube off. not worth it.

i would think the parkerizing will protect it from rust.

- Field-strip the upper
- Use a nail-set punch and hammer and remove the taper pins that hold the front sight block on.  Note: make sure you are whacking the skinny ends!
- Use a strap wrench to unscrew the tube from the barrel nut.

And, from now on, take precautions to make sure you don't let the rifle get wet!  [:)]
