I know I can't go wrong with the ABC brands, but what about RRA, DPMS, and the current crop from Oly? Which of these would be the cheapest out of the box, yet still be as close to milspec as possible? Does chrome lining really matter?

I had a kit from J&T distributing, and it was very nice.  More reliable than any other rifle I have owned, including those that had chrome lined barrels.
