No.  Not unless you have a pistol length gas system.

the 4" rails are for pistols.

The DD Lite 4.0 has an OAL of 4 inches. It is intended for pistol length gas systems.

No, you will need to remove your existing barrel nut and replace it with the new parts.

"The AR15 Lite Rail™ 4.0 is specifically designed to be used on a 7.5″ barrel with a pistol length gas system. This rail system is compatible with Adams Arms and Spikes Tactical pistol length gas piston systems."

You need a 7" rail...unless your Spikes rifle is a midlength in which case, you need a 9" rail.

OP post a link to your specific rifle you are ordering so we can be sure, but I am going with no because you stated complete rifle, and are asking about a pistol lenght gas system handguard.

Now, your going to put this on your rifle?

I think you'd be better off with the EZ CAR Rail, just swap out your carbine lengh handguards

Or the Omega if you want it free-floated.

The 4.0 looks like Iron Man's condom.

The Lite rail requires you to remove the barrel for installation.  So does the Omega X.  The Omega rail is a 2-piece drop in free float.  The EZ CAR is a 2-piece drop in non free float.

The barrel legnth, gas system, and gas block/FSB type of your rifle will determine what size and style rail you can use.

i was looking at the EZ CAR Rail 7.0, Carbine
for ST-15 Mid-Length LE Carbine with a 16'' barrel

This is the 4.0" on my 9mm:

But my 9mm has a 5" barrel.  I would think anything with a barrel much longer than 7-8" will look like shit with a rail this short.

If you have a mid-length you should be looking at a 9" rail.  The Omega will be much slimmer than the EZ Car as well as being free float.

Mid length LE carbine has mid length gas system.  You will need mid length 9 inch rails, not carbine 7 inch rails.

If its a midlength your going to need the 9.0 rail, A 7" drop in wont even be able to hold. Otherwise your going to have 2 inches of exposed barrel between the rail and FSP.

I agree, if the photo doesn't educate you enough, maybe you should think twice about owning a firearm.
