Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Ruger SR556 Pin issue question What to look for?

Hello, I am an owner of a Ruger SR556.  I've read here where a couple of people have had their trigger pin back out on them causing the rifle to stop working.  Is there something I can check to prevent this in advance?  Was there a determined cause for the ones with the problem?
