I have Bushmaster and RRA stripped uppers I bought a few weeks ago that also have the keyhole mark.

My replacement KAC SR15 Match upper is key hole marked. Funny thing is the original receiver did not have a forging mark.

I purchased a CMT flattop upper reciever from Dennys, it has the keyhole mark.

Means pretty much nothing. It doesn't indicate the manufacturer, just that the raw forging came from Cerro Forge.
