I'm thinking on one of these DPMS tubes for my Carbine
Anybody use one ? I'm just thinking on "Less Is More" for a build i'm thinking on- I have a DPMS Carbine with the railed forend that will hold all the goodies i can add, Just thinking i want to 'simplify'  things on my next build

Never used the short one but my first AR used a rifle length from DPMS.  Not bad but it gets hot.
