On my computer desk at home. Swirl in the paint and wipe clean with damp cloth or sponge?

Even easier. Just touch a drop of paint to the rollmarks and the paint fills in the lines by itself like water down a gutter...

Do you have to redo it often, like after a few cleanings, or does it last awhile?

I am not sure, I have only seen someone do it once but that was on a B-29 overhaul on the history channel. The guy working on the dash controls and would swirl in the paint and wipe it flat to take off the excess paint but still leave what was in the recess.

An M16 bolt carrier group is fine in an AR-15 that can only produce one shot per pull of the trigger.

Bushie Superlight upper;

The only thing that sucks about owning a Bushmaster in NJ is having to use their 10 round mags...

AK Shorty - 16 OAL :

20" V Match soon to get the LaRue makeover and some ADCO majic done to the barrel . Kind of a heavy bitch to be used for action shooting. :

Stayed stock for about 10 minutes after picking it up. Still need to install a RAS and Aimpoint/Larue combo. It's been a great rifle thus far [had worries with all the BM hate] but has run +700 rounds with out a hick-up.

The lower receiver is currently the same XM15-E2S, but hopefully soon I will get another complete lower receiver from Bushmaster. Then it will be off to get accessories for them both.
The scope I got from amazon.com along with that cheap carry handle mount. I forget who manufacturers them.
Magazines are Bushmaster magazines, MagPul obviously for the pulls, First Samco CAA magazine coupler, and as for the knife: Eickhorn und Solingen, Ltd. ASEK I Bowie (Air Crew Survival and Evasion/Escape Knife).
