this is a two part question really; is it legal and is it possible

can you fill in an existing emblem on a lower; be it a deer, snake or whatever; with some type of two part epoxy.  be sure to leave model, serial, and etc intact.  then send it to Orion to have a personal logo engraved in the same spot.

I have some friends that want a full custom job done but Tom Sawyer doesn't do them anymore.

I believe you can fill it in. I know you must keep the ser# and maufacturer. Im not shure if you need to keep the model but im shure someone will be along thats done it and will be able to tell  you more.
