Narrowed down to two flat top uppers with 16 inch m4 barrel : 1) bushmaster with cmt reciever, or 2) stag. Looking @ 9:1 twist rate. If buying bushmaster I will go with PK Firearms, if stag I don't know where to buy from ? Have bushmaster lower, open to opinions.

Stag and CMT are the same company. Both CMT/Stag and Bushy make great uppers. The finish should be better with the CMT/Stag.
