You mean one of these?
   That will fit inside one of these?  Hmmm, good question; I don't think it will because of the outer diameter of the FH might be greater than the inner diameter of the Samson FF rail. However, because I don't have either part with me, I can't give you an accurate assesment on that. I figure some other ARFCOMers might have a better answer for you. |

You just want it for the pig on the side......  Oh wait, maybe thats me.  If someone has the OS on the Krink, I can check it out for you instead of just making wise remarks.

dont have any calipers handy but the o.d. of the kx3 is a hair(literally) over 1-5/16"

You are most welcome. I was mistaken and it is the AR15 tube that has the 1.312 ID, so it wont work. If you are not worried about the top rail matching the receiver, I have some AR10 rails that I know it would go in and I have a barrel nut assy somewhere that will mate one up. I had one rigged up for my midlength AR15 until we got the tubes done. This would have been one of my Rev 3 style ones. I had to machine 1/8 off the rear face for it to lock up on the barrel nut and lock ring, but it looked pretty cool. I was not over lapping any optics anyway. Sorry I don't have a picture of it at that time But there is an option for you. |
