Hey all,

I may be able to do some trading with my NIB Pre-Ban Colt Lightweight Sporter for a New Colt 6920, this is the M4 A3 LEO version.

If you had the chance to trade would you do it?  I am looking for some advice.

Now that the Assault Weapons Ban is over, is my Pre-Ban AR worth that much more than a new Colt?  What do you think?

It is worth a lot to folks beyond enemy lines that could own it.  (NY, i think, would be your target market).

I think you'd have to find someone willing to pay you the money that you need to get the 6920.  A trade wouldn't be possible seeing as someone in NY couldn't even get one to trade you.
