Do RRA's shoot both .223 and 5.56 ok?  I want to buy some Federal XM193.  No problems shooting this in a RRA Elite CAR UTE2?

AFAIK RRA doesnt use any .223 chambered barrels so you should be ok to fire anything through them either .223 or 5.56.
