I originally posted this over in the uppers section but didn't get any info, hopefully you guys can help me out.

I'm looking for options in 3/4 28TPI muzzle devices. I'm going to use it on a Grendel, but can't find what kind of weapon this size was originally meant for (AR10?) I tried google but can't find any except a couple from Midway. I'm open to suggestions,

Probally meant for a heavy target barrel. AR10 is 5/8 x 24, 9/16 x 24 is another common thread for .308 barrels.

Based on the sizes mentioned above it would almost have to be a .50 or other big bore. If they talk about reducing felt recoil as a selling point, that'd be my guess. Of course, it is just a swag.
