most to all will work with std handguards cause they are all held with the handguard cap pressed against the bbl. shoulder in which the fsb holds it there. |

The Precision Reflex sight/gas block works well for the application you have described and it uses a standard front sight post.

The Armalite block and sight works pretty well... It can flip the other direction with regular HG's.
ETA: you can add the bayo lug to it as well.
